Pressing ⌘ + Shift + V doesn't paste anything

Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility and make sure CopyPile is turned on. If it already is, remove it from the list with the − button, add it again, and restart CopyPile. Also check that CopyPile isn't turned off (⌘ + Shift + D) and that you copied something after it started.

Items paste in the wrong order

Pile mode pastes the newest item first, Queue mode the oldest. Switch with ⌘ + Shift + T or in the CopyPile window.

New items aren't being added

If you set a size limit in the CopyPile window, CopyPile stops adding items once it is full. Paste or empty some items, or raise the limit.

I got a new Mac. Do I need to buy CopyPile again?

No. Sign in to the Mac App Store with the same Apple Account, open your account page and download CopyPile again from your purchases.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where is CopyPile?

Look for its icon in the menu bar at the top of your screen. Click it to open the CopyPile window.
